KCS Elite airport service is also available from London City, London Luton and London Stansted airports. We also serve Farnborough, Biggin Hill, and RAF Northolt in the London area.  We can also arrange cover in all other UK airports.

We are available to assist you through all airport procedures and to ensure that delays are kept to a minimum regardless of any difficulties which might arise.

KCS Elite airport service would be tailor-made to suit your individual needs, however listed below are some basic details.

For departing flights

Pre-Flight

• Re-confirm special seating requirements.
• Re-confirm special meals.
• Arrange porter if requested.
• Make contact with driver to arrange time 

Flight Cover

Dedicated representative per client per flight departure displaying your badge and wearing your uniform. (if required)

Meet client at pre-arranged point outside terminal with porter and escort to check-in.

Assist all clients with check-in formalities and deal with any problems which might arise such as,  passport / visa irregularities, flight delays, flight overbooking.

Optional service can be provided to escort client through fast track and to lounge – collect client at pre-arranged time from lounge to escort to gate

Post-Flight

Assist any client who may have missed the flight due to reporting late for check-in, if possible suggest and arrange an alternative route.

For arriving flights

Pre-Arrival

• Liaise with KCS Chauffeur booked to meet your or with your airport manager
• Ensure that driver has mobile telephone contact with our representative.
• Monitor flight status of any expected delays to flight arrival.
• Arrange where to meet driver once the client and escort have left customs hall
• Pre book porter if required

 Arrival Meet & Greet

KCS Elite can provide own dedicated representative for each client for each flight carrying a board displaying your company name, logo and your clients’ names.

Optional service can be provided for clients who wish to be met at aircraft and escorted through fast track and onwards to baggage carousel where we would be met by porter and taken through customs and immediately taken to their onward transport.

In the case of missing/damaged baggage we would ensure that your clients had followed the correct airline reporting procedures or if preferred we would do it for them.
